Shipping and Storage of Our Products

Our products are made with all natural ingredients and no preservatives--ever! Once our baked goods leave the oven, they are immediately packaged and frozen to ensure they stay as fresh as possible, for as long as possible. We are pleased to offer two UPS shipping alternatives.

We bake our delicious products fresh every Saturday and will ship on Monday. So that your order can be shipped on Monday, your order needs to be placed by Friday at 12:00pm (noon) Eastern Time.

We know that shipping is expensive. It is (obviously) more economical to purchase larger quantities of baked goods at one time to get the "best bang for your shipping dollar." It is important to remember that, depending upon your location, ground-shipped items will arrive within 2 -3 days and may arrive partially thawed.

Not to worry! Because our products are frozen as soon as they are baked, even if they should thaw in transit, they will maintain their freshness for a few more days if left at room temperature, or for weeks or months if immediately re-frozen.
